GRC 10.1 : Delete User Path taking Escape Route : Auto Provisioning Failed

Hi,

We have configured a delete user path with a Single Stage which is security team.

So when the Security Team member approves , the user should be deleted from the back end.

Issue : The User is actually deleted from the Backed. However, the request takes escape path with log : User XXX does not exist.

The request type used is 3 & where the action is "Delete User"

Attached the screenshot of the Audit Log.

Did any one come across this type of issue ? Please help.
