Thanks for the reply.

That's what I mentioned in my message. Sales Responsible Employee is different from Owner. Once we change the Owner of the Lead it trigger e-Mail to Sales Responsible Employee, but Sales Employee responsible is different from Owner(Employee Responsible). So it triggers to wrong person.
